At SNTTI, we train people who work with children - and support the adults around them. Our four programmes cover classroom skills, personal wellbeing, and career direction, so whether you are stepping into teaching for the first time or a school looking to upskill an existing team, there is a structured path here for you.
Every programme is taught by practising educators and counsellors, with small batch sizes so nobody gets lost in a crowd. Sessions are practical rather than theoretical: you will spend time on lesson planning, classroom handling, activity design and real observation work, not just textbook reading.
Browse the four programmes below, then head to our admissions page for eligibility, fees and documents - or send us an enquiry and we will walk you through the right fit.
Our flagship programme prepares you to teach children in the 2–6 age group with confidence. The NTT course covers early childhood development, pre-primary teaching methodology, classroom management, phonics and early literacy, number readiness, art and craft, rhymes and storytelling, and child psychology basics.
You will not only learn what to teach but how young children actually learn - why a four-year-old needs movement built into a lesson, how to handle a crying child on day one, and how to plan a week that keeps twenty toddlers engaged. The course includes practical teaching practice and observation so you graduate with real classroom hours behind you, not just notes.
School-leavers who want to start a teaching career, homemakers returning to work, and anyone who enjoys being around young children and wants a formal qualification behind that instinct. No prior teaching experience is needed.
Short, intensive workshops for teachers already in the classroom - and for schools that want their whole team working from the same playbook. Where the NTT course builds a career from scratch, these workshops sharpen specific skills fast.
Topics are built around what teachers actually struggle with: managing a disruptive class without raising your voice, making a dry topic engaging, designing activities with almost no budget, assessing young children fairly, and handling difficult parent conversations. Sessions are hands-on, with role-play, live demonstration and peer feedback rather than slide-heavy lectures.
Schools booking a group session can tell us the specific problems your team is facing and we will build the session around those, rather than delivering something generic.
Confidential counselling support for individuals and couples. Sessions are a private space to think out loud with someone trained to listen - no judgement, no advice you did not ask for.
Support for stress and anxiety, low mood, work pressure, exam and academic stress, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions, and grief. Sessions are one-to-one and completely confidential.
A neutral space for couples working through communication breakdown, recurring conflict, trust issues, in-law and family friction, parenting disagreements, or a decision about the future of the relationship. Couples can attend together, and in some cases individual sessions run alongside joint ones.
Everything discussed stays private.

Choosing a direction is hard when everyone around you has an opinion. Our career guidance sessions help students and parents make that decision with actual information - aptitude, interests, realistic paths, and what each option demands.
Students who complete our NTT programme receive placement assistance: interview preparation, resume and demo-class coaching, and referrals to pre-schools and playschools that hire from our batches. Our team also prepares you for what a demo class actually looks like, since that is where most first-time candidates struggle.
We provide active support and introductions - we do not sell guaranteed jobs, and you should be cautious of any institute that does.
